We wanted to take a moment to share my experience with Duckett Funerals. It’s not easy talking about this stuff, but I really feel like Trixie and Bronwen deserve a shoutout for being such a comforting presence during a tough time.

With any death, there is a lot to do and think about but Trixie and Bronwen were like a guiding light. Right from the start, they were so understanding and patient. They listened to our stories and worries, which really made us feel like they cared about more than just business.

The way they put together the memorial service was touching, everything felt so fitting and was no trouble. And it wasn’t just about the event itself. They helped us with all those little details that can be overwhelming during such times.

But beyond all that, it was the human touch that stood out. The team at Duckett’s was more than just a service provider. They became like friends, offering a listening ear when we needed it most. It’s that kind of compassion that makes a real difference when you’re dealing with grief.

A big benefit was Duckett’s are local and understood and knew the people and facilities we wanted for the funeral service.
